CONDICIONES DE CONTRATACIÓN El documento en que se formalice vuestra solicitud será almacenado por nuestro sistema, manteniéndose accesible mediante los derechos de acceso, rectificación, oposición y cancelación que podéis ejercer dirigiéndoos a la dirección expresada en el primer párrafo. Los formularios de compra presentes en <paradis-gsm2006.com> pueden rellenarse en el idioma que usted desee; sin embargo, EURONOW no se hace responsable de los errores o de la imposibilidad de atender su solicitud que el uso de un idioma inadecuado pudiere causar. CONDICIONES GENERALES PRIMERA.- Desde el momento de la contratación, EL CLIENTE no podrá modificar a la baja el número de comensales, permitiéndose la modificación al alza siempre que se comunique como máximo con 24 horas de antelación al día en que tendrá lugar el servicio. SEGUNDA.- EL CLIENTE abonará el precio total del servicio, mediante transferencia a la cuenta corriente número a nombre de BESTCATERING, S.L, o mediante tarjeta de crédito. Los servicios extras no previstos en este contrato, y que hayan sido solicitados por el cliente durante la celebración del servicio, serán abonados a la entrega de los mismos, mediante pago al contado o con tarjeta de crédito. TERCERA.- En el supuesto de que EL CLIENTE desista del contrato, PARADIS hará suya la cantidad total abonada, como indemnización por los daños y perjuicios causados. CUARTA.- PARADIS, podrá rescindir el presente Contrato por la falta de pago por parte del CLIENTE del precio total del servicio. QUINTA.- EL CLIENTE, será responsable de los desperfectos que se produzcan durante la celebración del servicio, haciéndose cargo de la reparación y/o reposición que deba realizarse. SEXTA.- EURONOW, S.L., como entidad gestora del GRUPO PARADIS, les informa que sus datos personales están incorporados a un fichero automatizado de futuros clientes titularidad de esta empresa. Si lo desea, puede ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación y cancelación, y oposición previstos en la Ley, dirigiendo un escrito a EURONOW, S.L., (Ref. Datos) Av. Barcelona, nº 243. P.I. However, it shall be possible to increase the number of diners, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the event. SECOND. The CLIENT shall pay the total price of the service by bank transfer to current account No. ......... opened in the name of BESTCATERING, S.L. at ............, or by credit card. Any extra services not foreseen herein and requested by the CLIENT during the event itself shall be paid for when such service is provided, in cash or by credit card. THIRD. If the CLIENT terminates the Agreement, PARADIS shall be entitled to retain the full amount paid as compensation for losses caused. FOURTH. PARADIS shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement if the CLIENT fails to pay the full price of the service. FIFTH. The CLIENT shall be held liable for any damages caused during the event and shall be responsible for any repairs and/or replacements that may be required. SIXTH. EURONOW, S.L., the PARADIS GROUP'S management company, hereby notifies the CLIENT that its personal data have been included in said company's computerized file of future clients. The CLIENT may, if it so wishes, exercise its lawful rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition in this respect by writing to EURONOW, S.L., (Ref. Datos), Av. Barcelona, nº 243, Polígono Industrial El Pla, 08750 Molins de Rei (Barcelona).
