How to use the Paradis Shopping Cart
Our shopping cart is designed just like any standard shopping cart.
All you have to do is browse our product lists and add any article to your cart by clicking the "add to your shopping cart" link next to it. When you are finished adding products, you will be able to adjust quantities, as well as any other options that the products might offer, during the checkout process.
Before your order can be processed you will have to register with the Paradís site by creating a new account. For your convenience we recommend you register first, before filling your shopping cart. It will make for a more straightforward process. However, if you prefer to wait, don't worry, you will be prompted to register later, before you can checkout.
Let's see all these steps in more detail:
Our recommendation: register first.
To register with us, click on the "create new account" button.
Fill in the 'Account information' form with your preferred username and your email address. Please know that these fields are case sensitive so make sure your remember the information correctly.
Accept our 'Terms and Conditions of Use'
And click the 'Create new account' button.
The system will immediately send an email to the address you just provided with your new password. It will be a difficult password to remember which makes it also very secure. You will be able to change this password by accessing your account's control panel.
Once you receive our email, copy the password given to you and return to our web page to log in. To do so, click on the 'login' button.
Fill in the login form with the username you selected earlier in the previous 'Account information' form and paste the password received with our confirmation email. Then click login.
Every time you log on to our site you will be redirected to your account's control panel.
By clicking on the 'edit' tab, you will be able to edit your settings as well as your password. This would be a good time to change the default password we sent you by any other password you would like to use within our site. Just fill in the password twice in the 'password' fields and click the submit button you'll find at the bottom of the page.
By clicking on the 'address book' tab you will be able to add and edit the billing and delivery addresses used for our shopping system. Again, you don't have to do it right now as you will be able to do so, also, upon checkout.
You have finished with the registration.
You may continue on to the instructions which explain how to browse and shop from our product lists or to help get you started visit the 'How to place your orders' link which you will find on the main 'Delivery Only' menu page.
For a general overview, you will find an easy to print inventory of all available products when you click on 'Global Products List'.
To begin browsing our products just click on the Beverages, Food or Equipment links on the main menu page or, to the left of the web page you will notice there is also a block with all the product categories.
Below the categories you can see and monitor the products selected in your shopping cart as you gradually add items to your order.
To check which products you have in your shopping carts you may use the 'Show My Shopping carts' block on the left side.
Remember that, at this stage, you can only add products into the shopping carts. You will be able to specify quantities and other options later on.
When you have all the products in your shopping cart, click on the various links that take you to the shopping cart, either in the 'shopping cart block', right under the title's block, or in the 'Show My Shopping carts' block. Either way will show you the actual items in your shopping cart.
Note that in your shopping cart you can update quantities, remove items or choose other options. Once you make your changes, click on the 'Update quantity / courses' to update the 'subtotal' cost for your items. At any time you can go back to browsing and adding additional items to the shopping cart. When you are ready, click the checkout button for the final stage of the shopping process.
If you have already entered the delivery and billing address you will see a couple of drop down menus from which to select the address to use for that particular order. If you haven't, you will be taken to a new window where you will be able to create the needed addresses. Once the addresses have been added you can go back to the checkout screen by clicking the links that take you to the shopping cart shown earlier.
Note that in this window you have the total cost of your order including delivery. The 7% VAT is not included here but will be on the final invoice, once the check out process is completed. You still have another chance to update or delete any item in your order.
If you are satisfied with your order, click on the 'place order' button at the bottom of the page.
Note that we only accept payments by credit cards (Visa or American Express) or bank-to-bank transfers. Once you click on that button, you'll be directed to the last step.
At this stage, your order has been received by our system and our staff is already aware of it. However it will not be processed until you click on to the 'Go to payment process'. This will take you to our bank's secure page for credit card handling and payment process.
After finishing the payment process, you must click on the bank's virtual pos terminal "close" button so that you can finalize the payment and be redirected back to our site to see (and print) our payment confirmation page.
