HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS

Grupo Paradis is proud to be your catering provider during the GSM  Mobile World Congress  2009 and we thank you for your consideration.
The purpose of this website is to offer an online source to place all your Delivery Only catering orders. All other catering services requests should be addressed to us by e-mail at pedidos@paradis-mobilewc.com or by phone at +34.93.668.82.08 or Fax +34.39.668.82.11

In order to help you make the best of our services  it is important to keep in mind the following information before placing your order(s):

Your Stand  and/or Hospitality Suite  must be  located  in Halls 3.1, 4 and 8  in order to use the online DELIVERY ONLY website.
All others are required to contact  us by e-mail at pedidos@paradis-Mobilewc.com or by phone at: +34.93.668.82.08. Fax: +34 93.668.82.11

EACH Stand  and/or  Hospitality Suite requires a separate order.
This ensures a proper delivery based on the needs of each space.
When filling in your account information please make certain that each space (stand or suite) has its own delivery address correctly entered.

For example: Your company is represented by 1 stand and 2 Hospitality Suites .
 Accordingly your account information will show you have 3 separate delivery addresses on file.

EACH space (Stand/or Hospitality Suite) requires a separate order for each of the 4 days of the congress.

For example, your company is represented  by 1 stand. You will therefore need to place 4 delivery orders : one for each day.  A total of 4 separate orders placed with our system.
If your company were represented by 1 Stand and 1 Hospitality Suite you would place 4 delivery orders for the Stand and  and 4 for the Hospitality Suite, a total of 8 separate orders.

Remember,  once you have filled in your account information, the system saves the data on file. When placing your next order you won't  need to re-enter it again.

The online system is unable to process more than one shopping cart at a time. As soon as your first order has been processed, the shopping cart will be emptied so that you may start your next order.

Equipment is rented by the week for the entire length of the congress.Therefore, you need only order that piece of equipment once, for the delivery date of your choice (usually for the first day of the congress).

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to add to a previously processed order, you will need to place a new order with the same delivery address and delivery date as the one you wish to add to.

Overview example:

Let's  say  your company is represented  by 1 Stand and  2 Hospitality Suites. You will then have to place :

4 orders (one for each day) for the Stand
4 orders (one for each day) for Hospitality Suite 1
4 orders (one for each day) for Hospitality Suite 2

That is a total of 12 separately placed orders.

Grupo Paradis does not provide storage for exhibitors´ surplus orders during the fair. Once the delivery is completed it is the exhibitors'responsability to provide space to stock the ordered products. It is important to remember that space on your stands and Hospitality Suites is precious and by ordering for each day you ensure comfort for yourselves and your guests.

ALL DELIVERIES will be made directly to your Stands or Suites between the hours of 6am and 9am of each day.

The DEADLINE for online purchases is extended to Friday, 30 January 2009 at midnight (24h) Spanish time. All payments must be received in order to confirm and process your orders.

During the congress, only the following products (refills) will be available for purchase: coffee and tea monodoses, 20l water bottle for watercooler and 30l beer kegs.
